We have plenty to be grateful for this year, and our Steamboat community is at the top of that list. The Boyd & Berend Group is honored to have been voted Best Real Estate Team in the 2026 Best of the Boat awards!
On Thursday, October 22, we joined fellow local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community members at Strings Music Pavilion for an evening of celebration. Being in a room filled with people who put so much heart into their work reminded us just how fortunate we are to call Steamboat Springs home.
Presented by the Steamboat Pilot & Today, Best of the Boat gives the community an opportunity to recognize the local people, businesses, and organizations that make a difference in everyday life. Knowing this recognition comes from our neighbors, clients, and friends makes it especially meaningful.
Our clients give us purpose, our community keeps us connected, and this team makes coming to work something we look forward to. Led by Cam Boyd and Ben Berend, we share a commitment to taking care of people through some of life’s biggest decisions. Along the way, we get to build lasting friendships, share plenty of laughs, and do work we love alongside people we enjoy.
This year’s celebration gave us a few more reasons to cheer:
- Best Real Estate Team — Winner: The Boyd & Berend Group
- Best Real Estate Firm — Runner-Up: Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty
- Best Real Estate Agent — Runner-Up: Ben Berend
- Best Youth Sports Coach — Winner: Our Marketing Director, Alexa Kaminski
To everyone who nominated us, voted for us, referred a friend, or trusted us with a home purchase or sale: thank you. Your support means so much to us, and we never take your trust for granted.
Cheers to our clients, our friends, and the people who make Steamboat feel like HOME.
