For years, this local family hoped to buy a home in Steamboat Springs. They began looking seriously when they learned about the Home Base program. With a young son and a job that requires being close to the hospital, finding the right home meant finding a place that worked for everyday life.
“We were hoping to find a space with a yard and room to grow our family,” they shared. Being within 10 to 15 minutes of the hospital was essential, and they also hoped for little or no HOA dues.
