MEET BRUCE
Bruce has been a guiding force in the real estate resort-style living industry since 1990. His journey began in the picturesque Aspen/Snowmass area, where he honed his skills working alongside some of the Snowmass Real Estate's top-producing Realtors®. Quickly rising through the ranks, Bruce became a partner and played a pivotal role in establishing the Aspen Real Estate Company office in downtown Aspen, Colorado.
A Colorado resident since 1981, Bruce weathered the highs and lows of the real estate market, gaining invaluable experience along the way. After making a move to Steamboat Springs in 1996, his diverse career unfolded, encompassing roles in marketing at the renowned Steamboat Ski Area, selling vacation ownership at Trendwest Resorts, and delivering specialized Real Estate Marketing reports during his tenure at a local title company. His professional journey culminated in becoming a distinguished Broker Associate with Steamboat Sotheby's International Real Estate.
Notably, Bruce made a memorable appearance on HGTV's Log Cabin Living, Season 2 Episode 6, where he expertly guided clients in finding their dream log cabin retreat. Beyond his real estate pursuits, Bruce is a former President of the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers/Trout Unlimited Chapter, actively contributing to river conservation efforts in the Yampa Valley.
In his leisure time, you'll find Bruce indulging in his passion for fly fishing along coastal and mountain streams, with a deep-seated appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds him. An adventurer at heart, his hobbies include mountain biking, scuba diving, fossil hunting, rock hounding, skiing, and relishing the great outdoors.
