These milestones allowed us to crush all of our team goals and solidify our position as a leading force in the Steamboat Springs real estate market. With a 3.98% market share, we proudly ranked as the 2nd highest-producing team in Steamboat Springs based on transactions and sales volume.
Our relationship with our clients doesn’t stop at the closing table. We closed numerous client referrals from realtors worldwide and helped them find trusted realtors in other markets for their next journey.
We had the honor of assisting 38 Buyers and 26 Sellers, demonstrating our commitment to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey. Our median sales price of $1.4M reflects the white glove service and expertise we deliver in one of Colorado’s most competitive resort markets.

- Spring: We joined the United Way Day of Caring and helped landscape around the Routt County Humane Society.

- Fall: Ben and Cam attended the Sotheby’s International Global Networking Event in Nashville, TN, connecting with Sotheby’s agents worldwide. We partnered with the Steamboat Rotary Club to distribute dictionaries to all 3rd graders in Routt County schools.
- Winter: Collaborated with GB Design Build to host a Holiday Classic Slalom Race Viewing Party, raising funds for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club scholarships. We also sponsored a Steamboat Secret Santa family, delivering gifts to their home and spreading holiday cheer.
