This story begins with a returning client who first entrusted The Boyd & Berend Group with the sale of her Stagecoach home. When the time came to sell her next property, a beautifully cared-for downtown home, she didn’t hesitate to call us again. From day one, our team was ready with a full suite of professional marketing: photography, 3D virtual tours, drone imagery, a custom website, and print materials that showcased her home’s fresh updates, and prime location.

But even the best-prepared listings can face challenges in shifting markets.
