A few different market conditions are emerging within our valley. For example, green zone rental units and single-family homes downtown remain a hot commodity with low time on market and low inventory. In areas such as Stagecoach, we are seeing single-family homes sitting on the market and competing against each other for a smaller and possibly more interest-rate-affected buyer pool. This has also been a month full of price reductions as motivated sellers try to get a deal done before snow hits the ground. However, these price reductions aren’t indicating a drop in home values. They mostly represent sellers who overshot on price initially, making reductions to find the sweet spot in the market.
