The fall months tend to slow down in the mountains as the weather shifts and we count down the days till ski season. The real estate market, however, has not seen a slowdown in October. Our team brought on multiple listings this month above the $3.8m price mark that went pending within a week. With the proper marketing and pricing, homes are continuing to sell within the first month of listing. The high-end market has been noticeably hot in October, with three properties listed at over $8m going pending and another closing at $11.75m.

Ben was elected to the Parks and Recreation Commission in 2021, where he continues to serve. He also volunteers as a ski coach at the Winter Sports Club and leads Olympic Heritage Tours for the local Tread of Pioneers Museum. Outside of work, Ben is known for his grand adventures on bikes and skis.
