We are through the mid-point of the year and the Steamboat Springs real estate market is continuing to improve, albeit at a slow rate. Market.trends
June was a very strong month (finally!) with a total of $61.7M in Gross Sales and 144 Transactions!  This was the highest number of transactions to close in one month in 5 years!
Compared to last June, Gross Volume was up by +67.50%, with the YTD. at +3.75% over 2014.  Transactions were also up by +28.57% compared to last June, with the YTD. at -5.62% compared to 2014.
