Complete 2008 Market Stats

Attached here is a complete breakdown of what the market did in 2008.  Of course the market is much different now than it was last year, but this gives us a bit of history to look back on.

Currently in the market, we’re seeing an increase in showing activity.  The sales we’re seeing however still appear to be mostly on distressed property or real estate priced below recent appraisals.  To get your property sold these days the key element becomes how it’s priced.  For buyers, with inventory on the rise and “motivated sellers” (to say the least) this is still a great time to buy.
