The Steamboat real estate market is seeing some nice winter activity with new listings up 84% over last year at this time. The market is moving at a similar pace with the number of sales up 2.9% and pending properties down 1.8%. This shows that the well-priced and positioned properties are selling, while others may spend a long cold winter on the market! This increase in inventory is giving buyers more options, which we expect to grow into the summer months.
